We have a great pleasure to brief you about our business undertaking as a Safe Deposit Box Service Provider.
The nature of our business is basically the hiring of the safe deposit boxes, for certain fees, that are kept in the vault. The vault, or also known as strong room, is a reinforced large room where items of value are kept in the individual boxes and lockers.
The strong walls are more than nine (9) inches thick, constructed and completed in accordance with professional engineer’s recommended standard, that are similar to the designs commonly followed by most commercial banks.
The entrance is fitted with Chubbsafes 4.5″ Vault Door. The protection system will then be further enhanced with modern intrusion detection equipments and CMS system linked to Police Station and Fire Fighting Department (Bomba). Security guards are positioned strategically round the clock for the further protection.
Prior to the entry into the vault area, the identity of the customer has to be verified by inserting Mykad (NRIC) into the device of Computerized Visitor Management System.
Entry will only be allowed when the thumb print is found correct by the system.
The safe deposit boxes are fitted with dual control locks where two keys have to be inserted before the inner container could be opened by the hirer.
For these reasons the hirers are certain that the contents of their boxes are always safe and well protected.
The company was incorporated sometime in May, 1980.
The Company has a total Paid-Up Capital of RM 3,300,000 represented by 3,300,000 Ordinary Shares of RM 1.00 each. It was acquired by Ong Seng Choo Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (EMUM 55 Group) in June, 1995 and had since became a wholly owned subsidiary company.
The company started its business since 2010 and the business premises is owned by a member company of the Group.
